We conduct measurements of the magnetic susceptibility (in the field, and in laboratory conditions). Additionally, the frequency dependent magnetic susceptibility and also the anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (for solid samples) can be investigated. We take measurements of the total vector of the geomagnetic field intensity.

Applications:

• research on magnetic properties of rocks,
• assessment of the content of ferromagnetic minerals in soils, river and lake sediments,
• identification of contaminated levels in soil profiles,
• in stratigraphic, archaeological and climate change research.
