  1. Research setup for analog modeling for 2D/3D DC-resistivity method

Possibility of modeling for the Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) and Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) methods (also unusual modeling, e.g. with buried electrodes).
In the case of ERT method, the survey line consists of 100 electrodes with spacing of 1.5 cm. It is possible to perform modeling for anomalous objects, both 2D and 3D, made of an electrical insulator and submerged in water.

  1. Research setup for conducting experiments in the field of geoelectrical penetration measurements.

The measurements are carried out in cylinders with a diameter of 20 cm, made of plexiglass, in which you can “build” any model from loose materials (e.g. sand). On the side of one of the cylinders, electrodes for ERT measurements are installed. A set of specially developed micro-probes enables the study of the prepared model by the penetration method.

Laboratory equipment: GEOMES-RR5, SuperSting R8 and MiniSting are used in the laboratory stand.
